Terms and Conditions for Wagering the Welcome Bonus

Eligibility for the 'First Deposit Bonus' or ‘Welcome Bonus' is limited to new players who have registered a real account and deposited the qualifying amount.

Once you're in the casino and playing, you can withdraw your purchase and any winnings earned from that purchase at any time you like. To play with the Welcome Bonus or to withdraw the bonus as part of your winnings, however, please note that you will need to fulfill a wagering requirement of sixteen times the combined value of the purchase and bonus before you can do so.

(Regrettably, due to ongoing abuse of promotional bonuses, players resident in Israel are required to wager thirty-two times the combined bonus value and purchase before any withdrawal can be made. Also, this promotion is not available to players residing in Denmark).

If you wish to withdraw before fulfilling the wagering requirement, you will be advised by the Cashier system that you have not met the wagering conditions and that the withdrawal will be automatically re-deposited into your casino account. If you still wish to proceed with a withdrawal, the original bonus amount and any winnings will be deducted from your withdrawal request and the casino will return the balance of the funds.

Any bonus money you earn through your play, or, by taking advantage of All Poker Casino promotions will be stored in a "bonus account" indicated as 'Bonus' located under your 'Balance' which holds your own casino deposits.

All bonus money given to you as an All Poker Casino player will be located in the separate Bonus Account. No amount can be withdrawn from this bonus account. When you are betting at the tables, your wagers will be taken from your Bonus Account money first until the account is empty and then all further wagers are taken from your Real Account.

If the bet is won, the wagered amount taken from the Bonus Account will be returned to the Bonus Account; and the winnings placed into your Balance Account as normal. If the bet is lost, the Bonus Account stays empty until the player is rewarded a future bonus.

Please note that the Welcome Bonus cannot be removed once issued.

The Welcome Bonus may not be combined with any other bonus unless otherwise stated.

Only one Real Account is allowed per player and the bonus is available only once per household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).

If you already have multiple accounts you are NOT eligible for multiple bonuses in your additional accounts. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.

If you play on these games before meeting our requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion. Further, all losses incurred while playing said games will be non-refundable. We are therefore strongly advising you not play any of these games until your wagering requirement is met to avoid potential winnings being voided. If you choose to disregard this restriction advisory, then please note that any game play at these games before you meet the requirements set forth will not count for fulfilling your requirement. We will not accept a request once you begin play.

If, while playing at this casino, you win a sum regarded by the Casino Management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by the Casino.

While the Casino protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names in any Casino announcement about promotion results.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Employees, officers and directors of the Casino, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions of this promotion will forfeit their bonus, which will subsequently be removed from their gaming account.

The Casino reserves the right to bar any promotional abusers from receiving this or any further promotions at the Casino. All persons regarded by All Poker Casino to be promotional abusers lose membership at all Casinos utilizing Odds-On Gaming services. Moreover, in the event a barred (or any likeness of) a barred person attempts to open an account, their account will become void retroactive to one (1) second after the account was opened.

Only the original account holder is granted winnings, no transference is allowed. Any account that violates this term will be void and only the original deposited amount shall be returned.

All withdrawals will be subject to audit before being processed. English Harbour New Ventures reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.
